One of the common reason why companies reject candidates is skills, years of experience. Sometimes they even look at the companies worked in to decide selection.
Many companies reject cvs based on degrees, marks & the college name. Some companies look at minimum 60% others have 75% as the minimum marks.
Many times cvs are rejected because of career gaps & frequent job changes. Past performance is seen as an indicator of future behaviour.
Poorly written cvs may be the easiest reason for rejection. When cvs are not matching jds they get rejected. Most rejections strangely happen here.
